With a background in Applied Psychology and an M.B.A. in HR & Organizational Psychology, Meena brings a unique blend of expertise in both psychological principles and organizational dynamics. Psychological Wellness Facilitator As a Psychological Wellness Facilitator, Meena has extensive experience in guiding individuals towards achieving psychological wellness. She believes in the power of education, support, and empowerment to foster mental and emotional well-being. Founder of Girl Up Afghanistan Meena is also the founder of Girl Up Afghanistan, an initiative dedicated to promoting mental health and women's rights in remote areas of Afghanistan. Through this organization, she aims to empower and uplift young women by providing them with access to mental health resources, education, and opportunities for personal growth.
